Former senior property industry figure Mike Spencer (main pic) has joined lead generation and call handling service Your Lead In as a non-exec director.

Spencer has joined the platform following its launch last summer and brings 45 years of industry experience to the table – his previous jobs have included senior roles at both Countrywide Corporate Property Services and Connells Asset Management.

The founder of Your Lead In, Ross Lindsay (pictured) has a comparable track record in estate agency including roles at Connells, Gascoigne Pees, Hamptons and until July last year as a business development director at Nick Dunning Associates.

He says: “I set up Your Lead In with a vision of how we can support property companies to become more effective at maximising every possible lead that comes their way and build stronger relationships with their client base.

“From those first days, I always knew that I wanted Mike on board. His vast experience at all levels of business will be even more valuable as Your Lead In continues to grow and moves into part exchange and asset management solutions so there are exciting times ahead.”

Spencer adds: “I’ve worked with Ross in my former asset management roles and he’s a fantastic innovator and a great motivator for the teams. “It’s refreshing to be involved in such an entrepreneurial company and to be able to quickly bring value.

“It takes me back to the early days in growing a business where everyone is hands on and enthusiastic. It’s great fun.

Your Lead In has clearly found an enthusiastic market with agents across the country signing up for targeted assistance in reinvigorating their database making sure no stone is left unturned in the hunt for sales.”
