Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move has secured a contract with Skipton Properties after proving to be ‘essential’ in the completion of a recent sale.
Skipton Properties was so impressed by Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move’s recent work on a new build sale that they have appointed them as assisted move partners on The Bridge, a development of two, three-and four-bedroom stone-built homes, in Haworth, near Keighley in West Yorkshire.
Caroline Verity, Sales, Marketing & Design Director at Skipton Properties says that, in the current market, being able to offer potential buyers the peace of mind that they will be able to sell their current home is vital. “We have always offered an assisted move service, ensuring we can help our customers sell their home, stress-free and on time has always been hugely important to us. As we get busier, we are no longer able to provide this service in house, so we have brought in Spicerhaart to ensure our customers sell their homes when we are ready to exchange on ours.”
Neil Knight, Managing Director at Spicerhaart Part-Exchange and Assisted Move said, “Now we are working with Skipton Properties, anyone who wants to buy a beautiful new-build on The Bridge development, but doesn’t have a buyer for their own home, will be able to put in an offer, safe in the knowledge that they will be able to sell their current home quickly and stress-free through us.”
