Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move has won a contract to work with Essex-based building firm Ashcroft Building and Construction Limited.
Ashcroft has recently completed The Granaries, a development of four and five-bedroom executive style detached homes in Mannigtree and have brought in Spicerhaart to help drum up interest in the properties, as Mike Buckley, Director at Ashcroft Building and Construction Limited explains, “The property market as a whole is quite tough at the moment, and we are finding it is the top end of that is the hardest to shift.
We help potential buyers by offering them part exchange and assisted move services, using our extensive agency network to sell their homes.
“And while there could be many reasons for this, one that we are seeing that there is an appetite for these size homes, but the potential buyers are reluctant to go for it if they don’t think their own home is good enough to put on the market.
“To help those potential buyers, we decided to offer part-exchange to make it easier for people who want to purchase one of our beautiful 4-bed homes.”
Mike says they chose Spicerhaart because they were not able to fund part exchange themselves and Spicerhaart can offer a funded Part Exchange option.
Neil Knight, Business Development Director at Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move said, “We work with specialist, cash-rich buyers and that will enable us to guarantee the purchase of Ashcroft Building and Construction’s customers’ existing properties through our funded part exchange service. For those buyers not eligible for part exchange, we can offer our assisted move service where we utilise our extensive estate agency network to sell the homes.”
