Spicerhaart Part Exchange and Assisted Move has a new Business Development Manager.
Tracy Gee, with 20 years in the property industry, will join as BDM for the Kent and Sussex region.
Tracy’s key responsibilities are to build relationships with developers in Kent and Sussex with her colleagues in the local estate agency branches to secure new part-exchange relationships for Spicerhaart.
“I believe that relationships are the key to great business, so I am determined to get to know all the key stakeholders so that I can offer the best service possible to my new-build developer clients, my estate agent colleagues and of course, buyers.
“Now that I am focussing purely on the Kent and Sussex region, we have a huge opportunity to show developers how our service can help them sell their plots quickly and easily.”
Jan Biggins, National Sales Manager at Spicerhaart Part Exchange and Assisted Move, says,“Tracy has a wealth of experience in the industry, her appointment offers a brilliant opportunity for us to expand into the Kent region.”
