Spicing up New Homes

National estate agency group, Spicerhaart, has announced a number of appointments and new developments within its various New Homes divisions.

Link to news of Movers & ShakersThe firm’s new Divisional New Homes Sales Director, Russell Davis, has added East London to his areas of responsibility after overseeing Essex operations in the company’s Land and New Homes division.

Russell Davis joined haart’s Colchester branch as Senior Valuer in 2018 after 21 years of impressive career progression and was promoted to Regional Sales Director for Essex at Land and New Homes in 2019. He is now looking forward to using his extensive connections with developers to grow the division’s East London region.

Link to news of Movers & ShakersJohn Munday has also grown his territory as Divisional Sales Director following his recent promotion from Regional Sales Director. As well as the Middlesex and M4 area, he will now be responsible for the Land and New Homes division in South London, North Hampshire and Hertfordshire.

John has enjoyed a nearly 40-year career in the property industry, beginning as a Negotiator in 1985 and working his way up to manage over 25 branches by the 1990s.

Link to news of Movers & ShakersIn addition, Spicerhaart has appointed Carlos Hernandez as its new Regional Sales Director for Land and New Homes in the North West.

Carlos has spent much of his career working with leading local brand, Butters John Bee, now part of the national Spicerhaart estate agency network.

Nationally, the group’s land and new homes plan has already seen a 400% increase in new home sales.
