Lettings platform Goodlord has re-signed recently-relaunched estate agency group Stirling Ackroyd for a further three years.
The estate agency is in the process of rebranding the branches of its different brands such as Townends, Regents and MyHomeLondon which it owned under its former name, Nick Dunning Associates.
The integration of these branches makes the group a major player within the sector in London and the SE of England and the firm says it plans to have 30 branches by the end of this year following further acquisitions.
The Stirling Ackroyd Group began working with Goodlord in 2020 to help it standardise processes and programmes across its lettings businesses. It is now using the technology company’s cloud-based lettings platform in all of its branches to streamline the pre-tenancy process.
Landlords
The Group is also using Goodlord’s Rent Protection Insurance policy to protect its landlords.
“Goodlord’s lettings platform has proven an invaluable asset as we look to centralise and standardise our lettings processes across our rapidly growing group,” says Bruce Evans (pictured), Managing Director Group Operations at Stirling Ackroyd.
“We are planning more acquisitions in the coming years and we’re confident that we can continue to scale our lettings business at speed thanks to Goodlord’s industry leading technology.”
William Reeve (pictured), CEO at Goodlord, says: “The Stirling Ackroyd Group is one of the most experienced and recognised brands in lettings and we’re proud to be able to support their ambitious growth plans through our platform and products.”
