Stratton & King rebrand to Churchill Sales & Lettings

Churchill Sales & Lettings name creates uniformity across the Hampshire-based, family-owned group.

The Negotiator

Stratton & King, the specialist retirement agency owned by housebuilder Churchill Retirement Living, has rebranded to Churchill Sales & Lettings to create uniformity across the family-owned group.

Spencer McCarthy, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Churchill Group, says: “We believe this new identity will help to underline the expertise of our sales and lettings team and cement the connection between them and the wider Churchill Group.

Central to this is our commitment to providing a consistent service to our apartment owners and customers.”

The Churchill Group, based in Ringwood, Hampshire, includes Churchill Retirement Living, Churchill Estates Management and Careline Support.

RETIREMENT DEVELOPMENTS

The Group has over 200 retirement developments across the UK from Penrith to Penzance and each has its own lodge manager who works with the Churchill team.

Alongside its new name the company has launched a lettings service for pre-owned apartments. It is also developing a new specially tailored refurbishment package offering to assist those who are looking to achieve the best price when selling or renting out their property.

It is hoped the changes will help support a strong resales market in the wider retirement living sector.

A spokesman for the Group adds: “Churchill is a strong brand, widely recognised and respected in the retirement living sector and with unrivalled expertise in this specialist market.

“The purpose of the name change is to more clearly demonstrate the close connection between the estate agency business, formerly known as Stratton & King, and its parent company.”
