Technology provider Global 4 and CRM platform Street.co.uk have signed a deal enabling agents to centralise telephone calls all from one platform, saving time and boosting service.
Agents using the system will benefit from 8×8 hosted telephony directly within the CRM enabling simplified and centralised call communications.
Street.co.uk users can access key information about a caller, allowing them to provide a tailored service and maximise opportunities for their agency.
Every time an applicant calls, agents can instantly locate their details in Street.co.uk through the People Page to view key information like owned properties and recent activity.
