Technology provider Global 4 and CRM platform Street.co.uk have signed a deal enabling agents to centralise telephone calls all from one platform, saving time and boosting service.

Agents using the system will benefit from 8×8 hosted telephony directly within the CRM enabling simplified and centralised call communications.

Street.co.uk users can access key information about a caller, allowing them to provide a tailored service and maximise opportunities for their agency.

Every time an applicant calls, agents can instantly locate their details in Street.co.uk through the People Page to view key information like owned properties and recent activity.

Heather Staff (main picture), Co-Founder of Street.co.uk, says: “We’re delighted that our integration will support users in further strengthening and elevating the service they offer to clients across the country with high-quality conversations.

“We pride ourselves on offering the best integrations that help agents work smarter, not harder, so we are thrilled to have worked with Global 4 on an integration that doesn’t just save time but helps agents access clear information about a caller that can streamline communication even further.”

James Routledge, Global 4 Sales Director, adds: “Our objective is always to provide a tailored experience to our clients that really adds value to their staff, coupled with an improved experience for their customers.

“We’re delighted to be able to talk to our customer base about this collaborative solution now being available to them and look forward to them really benefiting from it.”

The Neg revealed in August how Street.co.uk had launched a new custom AI feature to make the laborious task of crafting unique property descriptions and emails quicker and simpler than ever before.

At the time the estate agency software and CRM specialist said harnessing AI will be key for agents who want to future-proof their businesses as well as gaining a competitive edge.
