Strutt & Parker’s new store in South Kensington has opened with a bang! With brand impact critical to get noticed and gain a share of an increasingly competitive market, Strutt & Parker turned to I-AM to design a street presence that exudes a blend of core traditional S&P brand qualities combined with quirky and unexpected contemporary styling, reflecting its metropolitan location and representing their partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate.
The strong, stylised digital displays presenting specially commissioned films of the local area, alongside properties for sale or to rent, to replace the rash of property cards prevalent in the sector.
Once through the signature transparent red door, the new site pushes the boundaries of interaction inside an estate agency branch, with a flexible, open environment where the team hot desk with laptops and a variety of seating.
The whole design offers a more relevant, contemporary range of discussion spaces for consultations with vendors, landlords and property seekers.
