A property cleaning company whose workers use body cams when conducting inventories and check-outs has launched in Scotland and widened its product range to include a host of additional services.
Started up in August this year by Essex businessman Alan Cansick, Swish Clean now has operations across England and Wales and has launched in Scotland’s seven key cities.
These are Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness, Perth, Stirling and Dundee.
The company, which directly employs all its staff, recently expanded its services past cleaning in a bid to gain a toehold within the residential property sector and, so far, is working several agents including Strutt & Parker and Fine & Country as well as Lincoln-based property management firm Ezytrac.
In the rental sector Swish Clean now carries out a range of services for letting agents including inventories, property clearances, check-outs and key management, while in the sales sector it offers EPCs, floor plans, photography and a pre-marketing makeover and cleaning service.
“One call does it all for agents or landlords,” says Swish Clean marketing director Mark White. “We also offer an interiors service for landlords who would like to revamp their rental property’s interiors which is paid for out the monthly rent after its let without having to get involved with finance.”
The market for these kinds of service is relatively fragmented and local but Swish Clean claims to be unique because it offers a one-price national service, a seven-day-a-week operation and a centralised booking website.
