The Buying Solution’s new Management appointments

The Buying Solution (TBS), the independent buying consultancy of Knight Frank, has made two appointments following the retirement of Managing Partner, Philip Selway.

Jonathan Bramwell iamgeJonathan Bramwell has been promoted to Country Head but will also remain active in the Cotswolds market, while Philip Eastwood recently joined as London Head, having worked at Knight Frank’s Notting Hill office since 2000.

Having specialised in the country house market since 1993, Jonathan is well placed to develop the country team as well as maintaining important and longstanding client relationships. He said, “I am very excited about this role as TBS has established an experienced country team and we all look forward to driving the business forward.”

Philip Selway imagePhilip, who is responsible for developing relationships with industry professionals both inside and outside of Knight Frank as well as driving new business to the London team, added, “I understand the necessary strategies and objectives of selling agents which gives me a useful insight when advising my clients.”

Mark Lawson imageMark Lawson will develop his role as the High Value Residential & Rural Estates Specialist across the whole of the UK, working alongside the country team on all super prime transactions. Mark said, “It is very exciting to be working alongside such an experienced team and to continue developing TBS’s reputation and track record as the market leaders at the top end of the country market.”
