Taking the business of estate agency to another level, The Property Franchise Group has launched a bespoke Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, the first of its kind, they say, in the industry.
The new CRM platform manages their automated, personalised and brand compliant email communications ‘24/7’ to prospects, leads and ex-customers through a central GDPR compliant platform, creating consistency across all communications to its customers.
It’s a big challenge – to ensure that two million customers of the Group’s five brands and 300 high street offices receive the right communications and local content, based on their behaviours and actions.
