The attractive Peveril House in Mill Lane, Codnor – more recently used as an adult education centre – sold for £149,000 from a guide price of £85,000+.

Enthusiastic bidding for land with outline planning permission (pictured) to build a house adjacent to Norwood Cottage in Hall Grounds, in the picturesque Staffordshire village of Rolleston on Dove, raised £151,000 from a guide price of £85,000+.

Andrew Parker, Auctioneer and Managing Director at SDL Auctions Graham Penny, said, “This was a successful auction raising £5.2 million and it was exciting to see competitive bidders seeking to buy commercial properties that have such a lot of potential.”
