York luxury homes agent celebrates 10 years

York-based estate agent Croft, which focuses on the sale of luxury homes across the region, is celebrating 10 years in business as it plans to increase its turnover by 40% in the next year.

Founded in 2011 by Toby Cockcroft, following a successful career with several leading property agencies in the UK, the firm is now set to launch three specialist divisions for property management, strategic land and property marketing tech to complement its sales department.
