Zoopla has landed a coup for its Alto property software platform after national chain Hunters announced that its 200+ branches will now use the platform until at least 2028.
The portal is now concentrating its efforts on Alto and recently relaunched a ‘new and improved version’ with a range of functionalities including a new API, tenant document sharing and new webinar style training suite.
As The Neg reported in January, Zoopla has been moving much of its other property software provision into Alto.
Zoopla says it will be working with Hunters to achieve the agency’s ambitious plans for growth across both their sales and lettings operations.
Roll-out of Alto has already started and will accelerate over the coming months to the entire Hunters network.
The deal is the latest in a long line of Zoopla partnerships with Hunters’ parent company. All the group’s brands advertise on the portal and its other national High Street brand, Martin & Co, uses its Jupix software.
Commenting on the news, Andy Marshall (pictured), Chief Commercial Officer at Zoopla comments: “We’re extremely pleased that such an ambitious brand has chosen Alto as their software partner of choice and decided to invest in our vision and strategy for the future.
Gareth Williams, MD at Hunters adds: “The most important consideration for us when choosing our software partner was to provide our customers, the franchisees, with a solution to automate ‘back office’ practices, allowing them to concentrate on generating new business.
“With an exciting innovation roadmap rolling out over the next year, we are confident that Alto is the best software provider to support our franchisees and further strengthen their ability to focus on growing their business.”
