Our panel discussion will provide insights into the most effective and practical uses of AI but also offer a vision of an AI-powered industry, which is taken shape around us, as we speak.
Gareth Samples, CEO of The Property Franchise Group will explain his thinking behind acquiring an AI platform to power the 2000 agent branches the group portfolio. Dr Mathias Celis is a behavioural scientist at Ghent University who has built an AI assistant which we all could use to free up time and simplify our lives, Tom Collins has built QED Labs – an AI development operation to automate property management and drive performance – and started with is own company’s 3000-home portfolio. Stephen Geran heads up the section of Zoopla that is producing AI tools to help agents drive business.
With Keynote speaker Ben Legg, the panel will provide agents with the knowledge to help chart their own AI roadmap, cutting through the clamour to help make sense of the myriad AI products flooding the industry.
