The Negotiator Conference is the UK’s only industry-wide trade magazine for estate and letting agents, presents the networking highlight of the property year – Conference & Expo, attended by up to 500 delegates – owners, principals, directors and senior managers – the decision-makers in their businesses.
Each year, the Conference is supported by and involves senior figures from the property industry, including the leaders of national property associations such as Propertymark, The Guild of Property Professionals, NRLA and RICS, taking part in debates chaired by leading national journalists, such as ITV’s Political Editor, Robert Peston, Lord Danny Finkelstein, Naga Munchetty and the BBC’s Simon Jack.
It is an annual summit of the property industry which sets out to examine and debate the major issues facing residential property interests.
It is qualifies for CPD and is accredited each year as such by Propertymark.
The Conference is held each year in the Great Room and Ballroom of one of London’s most iconic and luxurious 5-star hotels – the iconic Grosvenor House, Mayfair London.
The Conference & Expo takes place in the same venue, on the same day as The Negotiator Awards, the lavish black-tie gala event which is held in the evening. The two events have a 2-hour pause for the turnaround. A discounted delegate ticket is available with guest ticket to The Negotiator Awards, so many of the 1000 Awards attendees, the top agents in the UK, will also have access to the Conference.
The Negotiator Conference & Expo is a top-level event, specifically addressing the interests of owners and directors of independent estate and letting agents, bringing together business owners and the support industry to the residential property market.
