D-Day for landlords and letting agents is May 1st, so agents need to be ready. Our panel of lettings and legal experts – Ben Beadle, Valerie Bannister, Paul Shamplina and Dan Radford, will discuss the new legislation and explain its priorities for agents to keep them on the right side of compliance, as the Act’s measures roll out.
