HM Land Registry is transforming Local Land Charges (LLC) searches by consolidating local authority registers into a single centralised digital service. This award-winning service eliminates local variations in price, speed and format for LLC service users and provides a instant access to digital data across England and Wales.
Callum joined HM Land Registry in 2017 and has spent six years working across the LLC Programme in a variety of functions. Callum now works in the newly formed Innovation Team, identifying new uses for digital data and new opportunities to digitise and open-up public sector data within the homebuying process.
