Now in its 18th year, The Negotiator Awards is the UK’s leading independent awards programme for estate and letting agents, their suppliers and the residential property industry.
We are delighted to announce that 2025 has recorded the biggest number of entries ever, as the UK’s premier residential awards rises to new heights. Thanks to all who are taking part and best of luck for those who have made it to the Shortlist.
The finalists and winners will be revealed at a black-tie gala dinner at the iconic Grosvenor House on Park Lane, on 28th November!
All are welcome, whether shortlisted or not as this is the industry event of the year – for everyone to celebrate excellence and round off the year on a high.

The Awards will be presented and hosted by actor and comedian Marcus Brigstocke, star of Mock The Week, QI and host of Have I Got News For You, he was a semi-finalist in Celebrity Masterchef and a creator and contributor to many comedy radio shows – and he hosts Jazz Family Trees on Jazz FM. His 2025 tour, Vitruvian Mango, sold out and was extended. In the West End he’s played King Arthur in Spamalot, PT Barnum, Mr Perks in The Railway Children and in film appeared in Love Actually, Magic Mike III, The Last Dance, Blinded by the Light and Beyond the Sea.
Hosted by Marcus, the Awards are guaranteed to be entertaining, lively and great fun – and for all the finalists, very serious!
