Now in its 19th year, The Negotiator Awards is the UK’s leading independent awards programme for estate and letting agents, their suppliers and the residential property industry. Entry for 2026 is now closed and the Shortlist for Awards honours will be published at 12 noon, 2nd October 2026.
There is no charge to enter the Awards and you can enter as many categories as you like. This year has seen a bumper entry with hundreds of agents and suppliers taking part. The entries now go forward for judging.
The Shortlist will be announced very soon. The finalists and winners will be revealed at a black-tie gala dinner at the iconic Grosvenor House on Park Lane, on 27th November 2026, in a spectacular presentation.
