The 2018 entry list was, once again, the biggest in the history of the Awards – which continues to grow in stature and importance with each year and is already well-established as the most important awards programme for the UK residential property industry.
The finalists were announced at a sparkling gala dinner hosted by TV presenter, star and comedian Julian Clary at the five-star Grosvenor House on Park Lane. Julian made a thrilling event hilarious at every opportunity, as you’d expect.
