The Negotiator Awards 2025 Shortlist is now published. Entries have been received from companies and individuals from all areas of the residential property industry and from all corners of the UK.

The entries are judged by a carefully selected panel, comprised of industry leaders and property market experts from varied backgrounds and disciplines.

The judges are unpaid and are bound by confidentiality and duty to declare any conflict of interest, to ensure fairness.

The three finalists and winners of each category will be revealed at a grand gala dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London on 28th November 2025. In addition to Gold, Silver and Bronze winners, there are also Highly Commended accolades in the categories which received a greater number of entries.
