The 2025 entry list was, once again, the biggest in the history of the Awards, with the best in the country vying for the accolades.

The Awards are well-established as the most meaningful and valuable awards programme for the UK residential property industry. They are judged by a published panel of experts and industry leaders, earning the programme an impeccable reputation for being fair, thorough and honest.

The finalists, coming from every corner of the UK, were announced at a sparkling gala dinner attended by over 800 guests and hosted by comedian Marcus Brigstocke at the iconic five-star Grosvenor House on Park Lane.
