Property Searches Direct Ltd has announced the appointment of Eric Woodhams to the team as a Business Development Consultant, based in Swindon.

Eric has 14 years of estate agency experience, with Allen & Harris briefly and then for Hamptons International. He is a Fellow of the NAEA/Propertymark and was previously an Editorial Board Contributor to the RICS on an update of the RICS ‘Blue Book’ of Estate Agency Best Practice.

Eric will be helping to shape the continued development of the business and support agents who are looking to win market share.
