Growing force in property management reveals ‘grand plans’ and new HQ
Inspiring Ventures, the 'collective' made up of seven property firms each with its own offering but joined together under one roof, now has plush new HQ.
Inspiring Ventures – the property industry ‘collective’ managing over 1,000 properties across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire – has opened a new headquarters in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes.
The group is made up of Venture Residential; Venture Commercial; MK Property; Beasley and Partners; Beasley Equestrian; Octagon Finance & Commercial and Progressive Property Network Milton Keynes and although each has its own offering they have joined together to use each other’s skills, networks and knowledge.
PLAN TO DELIVER
More than 200 people attended the launch event which featured a preview of the ideas and projects that the estate agencies plan to deliver.

Briggs says: “The transformation of the new head office workspace has made working for the Inspiring Ventures group much more comfortable and created a better environment for the whole team.”
Thakrar adds: “This grand opening was a declaration of intent and a pledge of commitment to providing excellent services to our clients and investors, including community involvement.
“New housing estates have seen the town more than double in size in the recent years. New schools have been built to cope with the educational needs of the district and though some traditional industries and trades may have disappeared the town is finding new commercial life and attractiveness with high-class restaurants and specialist shops.”
THE JOURNEY
And he adds: “Inspiring Ventures look forward to the journey that lies ahead— providing an exceptional property management service to all clients, tenants, and landlords, and that we can make a difference as one of the top estate agencies.
“The foundations have been laid, the vision and goals have been set. Now begins the hard yet rewarding work of turning those grand plans into reality.”
