LSL has signed a franchise deal with LetCo, a specialist lettings business, as part of its ambitious expansion plans for another of its franchise businesses Edwards Rose Property Group Ltd (ERPG).

LetCo, which has featured previously in The Neg, is based in Whiteley, South West England, and is best known for its bespoke property management services for landlords and tenants.

Since 2015 the company has been run by Oliver Smart, who has helped it build a strong regional presence.

LetCo will now operate under the ownership of ERPG Ltd, with Directors David Vertannes, Nicholas Goulden, and Oliver Smart continuing to drive its success.

When the Neg asked whether Oliver Smart and his staff would remain at the company, LSL replied: “Oliver is one of the Directors of LetCo who will be working with his existing team.”
