Simple conveyancing solution trialled on Moverly platform

Simply Conveyancing has announced a pioneering partnership with Moverly that aims to transform the property transaction process.

Simply Powered by Moverly - Gemma Young and James SlaterAgents are currently trialling a new end-to-end conveyancing solution as a result of a new industry partnership between Simply Conveyancing and Moverly, it has been revealed.

The Simply Powered by Moverly platform, which is claimed to be the ‘future of conveyancing’, promises total compliance and faster property transaction timeframes due to reduced partners and input points, and help to pre-empt queries.

Partners can apparently list properties properly while being compliant in less than five minutes, with all upfront details, including Material Information, Client ID, and Client AML, collated in one place.

The platform will also prepopulate accurate information from trusted sources, including the Land Registry and GOV.UK, to expedite the process. Further platform development will include the ‘Sale Ready’ and ‘Digitally Sale Ready’ product phases.

Onboarding in three clicks

James Slater (main image right), Chief Information Officer of Simply Conveyancing, said: “Simply Powered by Moverly is a pioneering platform that provides partners and their clients greater pace, confidence, responsiveness and oversight, ultimately providing an efficient ‘single source of truth’ that facilitates a more seamless and hassle-free transaction process.”

Gemma Young (main image left), CEO & Co-Founder at Moverly, added: “We’re really excited to be working with Simply Conveyancing to make life easier for estate agents and conveyancers. By starting digitally, agents can onboard clients with a simple three-click solution that handles AML, MI, and other onboarding tasks—saving valuable time and reducing admin.

“With the Simply Powered by Moverly approach, agents can more seamlessly integrate Simply as their recommended conveyancing partner into the process.

“What’s more, it’s not just about streamlining workflows or giving clients a smoother digital experience, it also creates an opportunity to increase the number of clients choosing a trusted, integrated conveyancing partner. This joined-up experience has the potential to drive faster transactions, fewer fall-throughs, and ultimately better outcomes for everyone involved.”
