CJ Hole unveils new home for Burnham-on-Sea branch
A new Burnham-on-Sea office has been opened by CJ Hole franchise owner, Chris Hill, following a relocation of its previous branch in the area.
CJ Hole has relocated its Burnham-on-Sea branch to new premises, reinforcing its long-standing presence in the Somerset town while providing a modern base for its local sales, lettings and property management team.
The office officially opened on 3rd July and replaces the agency’s previous Burnham-on-Sea location, forming part of the brand’s continued investment in its existing network across the South West.
The move also marks a milestone for franchise owner Chris Hill (third from left, main image), whose business now operates 12 CJ Hole offices across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Chris has been part of the CJ Hole network for more than 30 years.

The office will continue to serve buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across Burnham-on-Sea and the surrounding area, combining local market knowledge with the support of the national CJ Hole brand.
