Davis Tate, part of LSL Property Services plc (LSL), has appointed Matthew Bates as its new Managing Director following the decision by its founder members, Matthew Davis and David Tate, to step down. They will, however, continue to play an active role in the business.

The agency, in 1991, joined LSL in 2012 has 13 offices across West Berkshire and South Oxfordshire, with 80 staff.

Matthew has spent 23 years in the property industry, most recently as Lettings Director within Davis Tate, where he has worked for the last 12 years.
