Property professionals are being given the opportunity to get in some morning miles before discussing property market matters at Propertymark One this June.

The Propertymark Trust is organising a 5km charity run ahead of this year’s conference at ExCeL London. Starting at 6.30am, the pre-event fundraiser invites participants to run, jog or walk a circuit around the venue, raising money to support the Trust’s work across the property sector.

Open to all attendees, the event is designed to bring the industry together in support of colleagues facing hardship, while promoting wellbeing and community spirit before the main conference begins.

Bringing industry together

Goodlord has signed up as sponsor of the event, with Ben Tyers set to lead a high-energy warm-up to get participants ready for the run.

Angharad Trueman, Trustee of the Propertymark Trust, said: “If you are you heading to Propertymark One this June at ExCeL London then why not start your day with fun and purpose by joining the Propertymark Trust Fun Run?”

Participants will pay a minimum entry fee of £15, with all finishers receiving a commemorative medal to wear during the day’s PM One event.

The initiative comes ahead of the organisation’s conference, which brings together professionals from across the sector for a day of learning, networking and industry insight.

The Propertymark Trust provides confidential financial and emotional support to members, their families and staff, including help during periods of illness, financial difficulty and access to educational grants.
