Big changes at top for Countrywide’s surveying arm

The firm, which is one of the leading suppliers of valuation panel management services in UK property surveying, has revealed changes.

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has revealed a double promotion to bolster its senior management team.

Karen Broughton-Mee, Director of Central Operations, CSS

Karen Broughton-Mee is promoted to director of central operations, and Jayne Coppinger is now director of corporate business.

Broughton-Mee was associate director for almost two and a half years, and prior to that, head of operations at CSS.

Coppinger is moved up from a position as associate director of corporate business, a position she held for a year.

Prior to that role, Coppinger spent eight years at Landmark Valuation Services, overseeing lender relationships and supporting the end-to-end valuation process, including incorporating environmental and property data to assist with property risk management and climate change portfolio reporting.

CSS is one of the leading suppliers of valuation panel management services. The panel manages and undertakes valuations for the majority of UK mortgage lenders and employs over 700 personnel, including more than 450 in-house RICS qualified registered valuers covering most UK postcodes.
