FirstPort parent company makes move into estate agency

French firm Emeria has bought six-branch Chase Buchanan through its UK arm Campions Group, which shares FirstPort as a sister firm.

Chase Buchanan estate agents in London has been purchased by the owners of FirstPort.

The Campions Group, which is a UK subsidiary of French company Emeria, has bought Chase Buchanan and its six branches in south west London.

Emeria owns one of the UK’s largest property management firms, FirstPort, as well as companies in many other European countries.

Campions was formed in 2021, following the acquisition of a single branch in Clifton, Bristol. It is currently going through a period of extensive growth, making seven acquisitions in the South West, across Bristol, Bath, Plymouth, and Wiltshire.

With the addition of Chase Buchanan, the group now boasts a total of 16 branches in London and the South West.
