Independent estate agency, Hat and Home, continues its rapid expansion with two new branches announced.

Hat and Home Sandhurst imageThe opening of the Ascot and Sandhurst branches takes the agency’s footprint to five offices despite only opening two and a half years ago. “We are steadfast in our commitment to ‘make moving home a fantastic experience’ and can’t wait to offer our unique proposition to the residents of Ascot and Sandhurst,” commented Managing Director, Luke Strzadala. “We’ve had our eye on both these locations for a while, but needed the right retail space which we have secured on the High Street, Ascot and Yorktown Road, Sandhurst.”

In keeping with the existing offices, clients can expect a modern, inviting space with the company values on the walls, brick partitions, a living moss wall feature and signature bowler hat pendant lights. As with all branches, a framed album of Paul Young will feature prominently.

The news follows the launch of the firm’s mortgage and protection brokerage, Milliner Financial Services, and there are no signs of the business slowing down.

Ascot is already listing properties in the area including a house on Priory Road at £1,695,000. The Sandhurst office is due to open in September after a full re-fit.

As part of its ongoing commitment to raising funds for Parkinson’s UK, the firm also donates £10 for every sale or let. Ben was diagnosed with the progressive neurological condition in 2020 at the age of 41.
