The Land and New Homes Network (LNHN,) is a membership organisation for non-competing independent estate agencies. Kevin Ellis, founder of the LNHN, said, “We brought forward our plans due to the rapid take up from new members keen to be in a position to meet the demand for land and new homes expertise.

“It was always part of our plan to offer a hub where people working in the industry to work alongside each other sharing ideas, contacts and best practices. For our network’s members the new offices offer a place where they can attend our onboarding sessions and training courses which are all aimed at helping them to win more land and new home business. It’s a really exciting move.”

LNHN Managing Director, Ian Stratford, said, “The vision is to create a place where the best in the land and new homes sector can thrive.

“Our members will have the opportunity to meet builders and property developers here in a space designed to fit both of their needs. The easy access to professional services is also a huge plus point.

“It shows our commitment to the industry and our members. We want to make it as easy as possible for them to build relationships, expand their opportunities and ultimately win more instructions.”

Humberts has has become a founding member of the Land and New Homes Network.

Adam Phelps Head of Land and New Homes at Humberts says, “We’re delighted to have joined the Land and New Homes Network – already we’ve generated business off the back of it and look forward to an exciting 2017. Our involvement is great news for our clients – the network’s national coverage means we have strong relationships with builders, developers, investors and estate agents from across the UK. This is good for anyone selling land or new homes with us, as it increases the amount of potential buyers enormously.” www.lnhnetwork.co.uk
