As part of major plans to expand across Leeds, independent estate agents, Hardisty & Co, has acquired a fourth branch in Armley which will cover the area to the west of the city.

Formerly the office of Brooklands Robinson, the new branch will continue to be run by former owner, Nichola Ashby, along with senior valuer, Jamie Gathercole, area lettings manager, Daniel Andrews and their experienced team of sales and lettings negotiators.

Run by brothers Andrew and Ian Hardisty along with their wives, Tracey and Gemma, Hardisty & Co was established in Horsforth as Waite & Co in 1992 and has grown to employ a team of 53 since Andrew took over the business in 2001.

Andrew Hardisty, Director, said: “The past year has been really challenging for everyone and as a family and a business, we feel so privileged to be in a position to have been able to add our new office to the Hardisty network, creating exciting employment opportunities and also allowing us to support the local community in LS12 as we do within Horsforth, Guiseley and Otley branches.”
