Luxury property developer welcomes Sales & Acquisitions Director

Amara Property has appointed Warren Leader to lead on the residential sales programme for luxury property across London and the Home Counties.

Warren brings a wealth of experience and industry acumen to the firm following a distinguished career spanning over 30 years at organisations such as Colliers, Stone Real Estate, London & Regional and JLL.

Heading up Amara Property’s Sales division, Warren will lead on the residential sales programme across the firm’s burgeoning pipeline, which comprises three active luxury property developments across the capital and Home Counties, with a series of new projects on the horizon.

Warren has also been tasked with sourcing and acquiring new development opportunities to further enhance the company’s current output.

Building on a record year

In addition to the existing luxury development projects, Warren will oversee the launch of Amara Property’s next development launch – The Leopold, a set of 10 new homes in Ealing Common.

Amara Property is also actively sourcing new development projects and suitable sites, with and without planning permission, across London and the surrounding areas.
