Spicerhaart brand, Felicity J Lord, has promoted Mariella Petralia to Area Lettings Director for its London branch network, just 18 months after she returned to the brand.

A former award-winning manager, Mariella originally worked for Spicerhaart for 15 years before leaving to run the lettings division of a major London agency. She rejoined Felicity J Lord in 2024 to head up the Stoke Newington branch.

Known for her drive, discipline, and results-focused leadership, Mariella will now oversee lettings across all Felicity J Lord branches in the capital.

The right return

Mariella will also play a key role in developing new talent through the recently launched Spicerhaart Academy, designed to fast-track careers in property.
