Prime lettings appointment for Strutt & Parker

Minnie Stainrod joins the Strutt & Parker national lettings team as Super Prime Associate, working out of the agency’s Knightsbridge office.

Minnie Stainrod Strutt and ParkerStrutt & Parker has announced the appointment of Minnie Stainrod as Super Prime Associate.

Working alongside Gabby Gyngell, Senior Associate Director, Minnie will be connecting super-prime lettings teams with clients in the capital and beyond. Outside of London, she will have a particular focus on the agency’s National Country House Department which handles the sale of country properties of £2.5M and over.

Previously, Minnie worked at UK Sotheby’s International Realty as a Lettings Director, where she worked across multiple super-prime lettings markets. Prior to this she held the position of Negotiator in Knight Frank’s Kensington branch.

Since joining the firm, Minnie has already achieved successful rental deals including a property on Cheyne Terrace let with a marketed price of £7,000 per week.
