Omnichannel marketing platform NurturingAI has recruited two well-known industry heavyweights to head up its new national sales force.

They are Neil Comper (above, left) and Jamie Osborne (right) , who will oversee the roll-out of NurturingAI’s new 25-strong team of ‘marketing mentors’ for agents across the UK.

Comper started out as a regional sales manager at Rightmove before moving to PrimeLocation, then Zoopla and later joining data firm TwentyCI.

He also helped launch the Federation of Independent Agents although most recently he’s worked at tech firms PropALT and HouseVault.

Osborne’s career has been similar to Comper’s including time spent in sales at Zoopla and later tech firms. Until December he worked at PropALT alongside Comper as the company’s COO.

NurturingAI founder Christopher May (pictured) says the new team will be there to give agents a “proper route map to generate income”, he says.

Digital channels

The platform is a dedicated marketing system that enables consumers to be contacted across all digital channels without the need for expensive software, a marketing manager or time-costly new initiatives.

The task force is being set up to offer free consultations on marketing online, an invaluable help as the country heads possibly between further lockdowns and decreasing annual footfall for high street branches.

“The rollercoaster pandemic has forced us to ‘change our world’,” says Comper. “Our Covid action blueprint has already been well received by many independent sales and lettings agents.

“Once implemented, it enables our customers to take care of business even whilst they sleep. It also allows agents to be less reliant on portals and grow their own branding at a fraction of the cost.”
