      A hat-trick of live-streamed auctions saw a busy month for SDL Property Auctions, which ended with great success across the East Midlands at its National Property Auction. Although the auctioneer now operates nationally, it proved its roots remain firmly in the home region with a number of auction sales. One Nottingham property that exceeded all expectations was a seven-bedroom, detached Victorian property. In a sought-after location in the centre of West Bridgford, it sold for an impressive £704,000 against a guide price of £450,000+.
