A veteran landlord has decided to turn his hand to estate agency and taken on a Propertynest franchise in Birmingham.

Manjit Singh has been a landlord for 17 years and says he’s always had a passion for property and now wants to put his skills to even better use managing the Solihull branch.

“I’ve had various jobs over the years in IT, sales and working as a housing officer,” he says. “The property market has always fascinated me. I went on to work for myself as a landlord, purchasing property and renovating to provide housing for the rental market.

NATURAL STEP

“As a landlord, it is now a natural step for me to move into this field given the experience I have acquired and the fact there is a strong demand for professional estate agents.”

The Propertynest franchise programme offers full training, support and access to all the necessary IT/CMR systems and property portals.

COMPREHENSIVE

Singh adds: “I was immediately impressed with the Propertynest proposition. It is both comprehensive and cost effective and offers me flexibility.

“It will also enable the provision of my own personal and totally tailored approach for buyers and sellers, where I look after all the details of a transaction on behalf of clients to ensure the process of moving is as smooth as possible.

Lots of other estate agents are using old methods to sell.”

“Lots of other estate agents are using old methods to sell. The Propertynest team is streets ahead of the competition.

“They have taken the time to test all the leading IT solutions and apps on the market, using what works best and combining this with their own bespoke system to create efficient workflows which make daily processes as easy as possible. It means I will be able to spend more time offering an even better service to my clients.”
