Big agency launches London branches at 10th anniversary
Sales, lettings, and property firm Johns&Co reveals branch in the City, new HQ in Vauxhall and a larger office in Canning Town.
Estate agency Johns&Co is celebrating its 10th year of trading with the opening of a new City of London office as demand from international investors continues to surge.
As well as the new office in the Square Mile Johns&Co has expanded its City Island operation and opened a new headquarters in Vauxhall for its team of property management and business development professionals.
HEIGHTENED DEMAND
The new City of London office, located near Liverpool Street station in Devonshire Square, comes on the back of heightened demand from the Asian investment market.
When the business was founded in 2014 Johns&Co specialised in London’s New Homes market. But over the last five years the company has expanded beyond the new build market to take on more traditional housing stock across the capital and now has over £2 billion worth of assets under management.
The agency’s growth has been spearheaded by Managing Director Jon Johnson, who was promoted to the role from Area Director in early 2023. Together with Owner John Morley, Johns&Co now employs over 150 people across its 10 London offices as well as one in both Hong Kong and China.
