New TouchRight owner promises to ‘transform property inspections’
Miriam Roth, who has acquired the software firm from Plentific for an undisclosed sum, says she is totally committed to taking the platform to the next level.

The new owner of leading property inspection platform TouchRight Software has gone public after acquiring the business from Plentific last week, as reported exclusively by The Neg.
Miriam Roth (main image), who is a well-known London property entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in property management, inspections and software development, says her purchase of TouchRight is a ‘pivotal moment’ for the business.
TouchRight was founded by former estate agents Terry and Rachel Lightfoot in 2012, but was sold by the couple to Plentific for an undisclosed sum in 2022.
Roth now promises a renewed focus on “customer care, innovation, usability and frontline value for estate agents and landlords” saying she believes her acquisition of TouchRight “stems from a strong belief in the platform’s potential to transform how property inspections and compliance are managed”.
“We’re placing customer care back at the heart of everything we do,” says Roth.
“I believe deeply in TouchRight’s potential and am personally committed to ensuring our clients receive the service and attention they deserve.”
Under Plentific’s stewardship, TouchRight successfully expanded its customer base and integrated into the wider proptech ecosystem.
The platform enables users to create professional inspection reports quickly using a mobile device, with customisable templates, photographic evidence, and secure cloud-based storage – ideal for inventories, check-ins, mid-term visits, and check-outs.
Profitable
Cem Cevas, CEO of Plentific, says: “TouchRight has delivered strong value to its customers and been a profitable part of our business.
“As Plentific sharpens its focus on other core areas of growth, we’re confident TouchRight is in great hands and well positioned for continued success in its next chapter”.
Roth says her next steps are to revitalise its product roadmap and that users can expect a seamless transition “and an energised commitment to continuous improvement in 2025 and beyond”, she adds.
