The owners of the Rentman software application (for property Lettings and Sales)  have announced they are taking over distribution of the software for UK and Eire, effective from 16th May 2025.

The service provided by the previous distributor (Rentman Software Ltd) will terminate 15 May 2025.

The distribution of Rentman will be managed by an arm of dotGomm, the company owned by Rentman’s creator Nigel Gomm. Gomm says,  “Our intent is to improve customer care and increase our engagement with the industry at large.”

Rentman, a trusted software application used by estate and letting agents for 30 years, has evolved into a cloud-hosted service with a familiar Office365-like user interface and also offers browser based web access.

The web portal www.rentman.online has versions for tenants, landlords, contractors and negotiators allowing them to view tasks, appointments, safety certificates and more.

Line of Business app

Rentman is considered a ‘Line of Business’ application rather than a simple CRM because it aims to cover all aspects of an agent’s sales or lettings business, from canvassing landlords to trial balance.

Users can look forward to online training videos on using Rentman as well as 30-minute tailored sessions to support an agency’s unique workflows.
