Conveyancing firm wins Sunday Times gong for fast growth

Muve, which is based in London but operates a national conveyancing service, has been named within the newspaper's list of 100 successful firms for 2024.

 

conveyancing firm muve sunday timesA leading conveyancing firm has been named by The Sunday Times as one of the UK’s fastest-growing firms for the second time.

London based Muve has made the newspaper’s latest list of successful companies, which in order to qualify for inclusion must be independent, privately-owned, headquartered in the UK, and have sales exceeding £5 million but not more than £250 million during their latest year of trading.

Muve has won the plaudit after reporting annual sales growth of over 66.9% over the past three financial years and is the only conveyancing firm – or law firm of any kind – to be included in the Sunday Times 100 lists.

The company says it grew by 27% last year despite a 20% reduction in national conveyancing volumes helped by its investment in technology.

Digital leader

Estate agents who use its will be familiar with its MuveFast guaranteed exchange date platform and that it completed the UK’s first digital remortgage transaction using the PEXA platform during 2022.

“This achievement is just the beginning of Muve’s journey to becoming the dominant force in UK conveyancing, leading the market in customer experience, tech innovation, and powerful partnerships with estate agents,” says David Jabbari, Chief Executive Officer of Muve.

The company employs 75 people and is based in Richmond-upon-Thames. The other property industry firms to have made The Sunday Times 100 include auctions firm IAM Sold in 2015, deposit scheme TDS in 2019 and BTL investment firm The North Group in 2023.
