Two experienced Leeds agents have teamed up to launch a new independent sales and lettings firm in the city.

Nigel Lenton and Jacqui Pringle (main picture), who were both formerly at Morgans, are now sales director and general manager of The Agency.

Lenton has over 40 years of experience and has worked on a number of projects in Leeds. His collaborations with developers in the city centre, which date from 1997, include 50 sites sold off-plan.

As the former sales director and partner of the city living specialist Morgans, Nigel’s credits include City Island, Gateway, Velocity, Westpoint and Whitehall Waterfront.

Pringle has 17 years of sales and lettings experience, and in her previous role as head of operations at Morgans she oversaw a portfolio of more than 1,500 rental properties.

Leaps and bounds

Lenton tells LeedsLive website: “Central Leeds has really come on in leaps and bounds over the past few decades, and I’m still as excited about this city as I was back in 1997 when I began my first project here.

We’re already excited to be working on some incredible projects and can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
