Leading estate agency marketing platform LeadPro has bought rival ProVal in a sign that consolidation within the crowded online valuation proptech sector is beginning take hold.
LeadPro, which has bought its rival for an undisclosed sum, says the acquisition will bring it a ‘substantial’ number of new clients including Gascoign Halman and Martin & Co plus a new set of products.
“The ProVal acquisition adds helps us generate over 50,000 new valuation leads a month and is yet another world class product to support our mission,” says Sam Zawadzki, CEO and founder of LeadPro (pictured, above).
London-based LeadPro is four years old and has so far raised £400,000 from angel investors and helps agents maximise their property portal leads.
Warrington-based ProVal was set up at the same time as LeadPro and, although it also offers a lead management suite, helps agents value properties.
The deal has been announced as two major UK estate agencies sign up to the LeadPro platform’s new dashboard.
These are LSL’s brands Your Move and Reed Rains, and EPROP’s Fine & Country franchise network.
