Proptech PRS platform The Lettings Hub has launched a service via its BOX software that enables agents to keep on top of the latest compliance legislation and guidance changes covering the sector.

As the past 18 months have shown, particularly with the multiple evictions bans and other possession restrictions brought in during the pandemic, it’s difficult even for experts to keep tabs on changes.

The Lettings Hub has partnered with Woodstock Legal Services to ensure agents using the platform are given key legal documentation and templates, that are always up to date and compliant in a timely manner covering England and Wales.

This includes AST agreements, How to Rent guides and EPC & Gas Safety Certificates documentation, and weekly legal updates.
