Savills strengthens its Prime Central London team

Savills has announced key internal appointments and the formation of a dedicated super prime team. Claire Reynolds and Phillippa Dalby-Welsh become joint heads of Prime Central London (PCL). Head of Sloane Street, Richard Gutteridge, oversees prime and super prime sales in PCL.

Jonathan Hewlett continues to head Savills 40 London offices following the recent acquisition of east London based, Currell.

Head of PCL – north, Claire Reynolds leads Hampstead, Primrose Hill, Maida Vale, St John’s Wood, Westminster, Mayfair and Marylebone. Claire also sits on the Savills UK Residential Operations Board and the London ExCo board.

Head of PCL – west, Phillippa Dalby-Welsh operates from Fulham, heading the residential team. She also sits on Savills UK Residential Operations Board, LondonExCo board and represents the residential division on the Diversity & Inclusion group.

Richard Gutteridge will drive the prime and super prime offering. Head of London Residential, Jonathan Hewlett, said, “We are committed to being able to advise clients in all of London’s key locations by having teams of experts throughout the capital.”
